An order is considered confirmed once the required details and payment have been received and accepted by the studio.
Requests made after confirmation may not always be possible to accommodate.

Made-to-order work requires materials, labour and preparation specifically for the customer.

At Outfits by Deepshikhaa, most outfits are made specially for each customer based on their measurements, requirements and chosen design.
Because of the personal and customised nature of our work, all custom-made and made-to-order outfits are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable once an order has been placed, regardless of whether production has started or not.
We take great care to understand your requirements before confirming your order.
All important details, including the design, measurements, size selection and other order specifications, are confirmed before the order is processed.
Once an order has been placed, changes, cancellations, returns or refunds cannot be accommodated.

Handmade production takes time and timelines vary depending on the design and order requirements.

Production timelines are communicated according to the requirements of the individual order.
Rush orders are subject to studio capacity and availability.
Delays may occur because of material availability, fitting requirements, revisions, courier issues or circumstances outside the studio’s reasonable control.
If an important change affects the expected timeline, the studio will communicate it where reasonably possible.
